What is it about something so simple as a cartoon image that can capture so many peoples imaginations?

I have to admit to having a crush on Belle a few years ago. She's just so damn cute and sweet.

OK, so which is it? Come on, admit it, everyone has a favorite. Either because you think she's cute or hot or you can relate to her or for whatever reason.

(Yes... I know... another pointless thread from CD. Humor me, I'm tired.) :p

Tinkerbelle is one of my favoritest Disney babe all time. I want fuck her in air. That would be interesting.....

Damn Sarah, I do love your versions of Belle

And to be perfectly honest, my disney crushes are three fold: Esmerelda from hunchback of notre dame, Belle and Jasmine.

Belle's intense love of reading, Jasmine's fiesty spirit in running away and the line "That bear makes you look so ... twisted" plus she falls for a con artist and wears the mid rif top and harem pants amazingly well.

Esmerelda, well gypsy dancing girl, what's not to love?

Thanks, Salvor -

I could probably locate some truly naughty pics of your favorite ones, as well.

I couldn't find the link, so it may have worn out it's welcome, but I usdto have a set of pictures from my fiftieth birthday expedition to Disneyland uploade here on the main sites' amateur pictures section -- Me with each of the seven Disney "princesses" in "residence" on my birthday.

I'd have to say my favorite is the one I was hugging at the time the pictures were taken. :p

Oh I would love you if you did! :D

And more of the appreciation of a like mind, not the usual naughty "love" that makes my pants feel funny effect you have ;)

This is so wrong, but...
Ariel! ARIEL! ARIEL!

I just have this thing for redheads who want to piss off their fathers... :p

When I grow up, I wanna be Belle.

(She's my favorite, too.)

wasn't it Mel Gibson That did John Smith's voice in Pocahontas?
Someone actually asked him; 'Was it hot, working with Pocabontas?"
He said "No, that is a cartoon character. Sexy women have more than two dimensions."
I thought- what an intelligent man!
Then he went and made the Passion....

Yep.

There's a new movie coming out soon called "New World," I think, that tells the story of Pocahontas, NOT John Smith. Refreshing. And, it's supposed to be as close to the actual truth as possible.

@ dimensions isn't that bad. I dated some one dimensional women before.....

And I still think Cool World could have ben an incredible film if it had stayed on a single theme and less busy work with teh animation.

Or I may just love the love theme "Stay" by Shakespeare Sister :nana:

no, but did you know that the actress that was the voice of Pocahontas was also the model for the cartoon?

Irene Bedard; gorgeous lady.

WOW! My new crush!
More than the redhead thing, I'm an utter fool for a woman with a voice, and she just R O C K-ROCKED! I mean, I love Vanessa Williams, and it's not just that girl-girl modeling fling she had. But her cover of that song from Pocahontas didn't do justice to the original, and she knew it. I read an interview where she said her first takes of it were rejected because they sounded too much like the movie version, so she had to add some "oooh-oooh-ooohooohoooh-ooh-ooooooohhh's" for the pop version.

My husband- and, therefore, my kids- are descended from her in two lines, so there are a couple old images of her in the house!
Disney gave her a full upper lip, but the pictures I have of her show a full lower lip instead, like a pout. And she became a rather big woman, as she grew older.
She died of Influenza, in England :(

yes, when she was 22, I believe. That's why it's so doubtful that there was anything going on between her and John Smith - she was only 11 at the time.
