Well, you heard the one were Mickey went to a lawyer and said he wanted to get a divorce from Minnie - the lawyer said you can’t get a divorce because she’s stupid - Mickey said, “I don’t want a divorce because she stupid, I said I wanted a divorce because she was fucking Goofy!”

I didn't think they were ever actually married. I haven't read a lot about them lately but I know they always lived separately and Mickey was always out somewhere gallivanting around with Donald and sometimes some others. Mickey had two nephews living with him (Ferdinand and Mortimer) but no offspring. I don't think Disney animal characters ever got married to each other, which might be reason for an investigation right there.
