There are also vibrating cock rings, although I haven't seen a remote-controlled variety. However, there are rings that have a spot for a bullet vibe, so you could use one of those with an R/C vibe.

Google TENS Units. With a prescription for something else from your doc, you may even be able to get insurance to pay at least part of it as a home medical device. However, simple ones can be had very inexpensively if you're not using it for pain relief or whatever. Do make sure you get a device that can take universal/generic pads and parts because that's where the cost can really add up over time (kind of like razor cartridges or diabetic test strips).

Never, EVER allow electricity to pass through your chest (e.g. by putting pads on your nipples). That can kill you. There are some good threads here and info elsewhere on electroplay/e-stim, so it'd be wise to read up and make sure you have all of the necessary safety and other info before buying and playing.
