"The time of my life" was blasting from my radio as I pulled up in the drive. I opened the front door and my 14 yr old was watching Dirty Dancing and excited because it was on two channels at once. What is this? Dirty Dancing Night????

I was glad I still had something in common with my 14 yr old. Dirty Dancing is the greatest chick flick. *SIGH*

I was a freshman in highschool and she was a senior...I had it SOOOO bad for her. She took me on my first 'date' to see Dirty Dancing.

Looking back I could've really gone far with that relationship...but I was such an introvert it just kinda faded away...she was one hell of a kisser though...yummy.

and the soundtrack! I have a car trip coming up this weekend and I'll have to remember to dig out the cassette (yes old car - no CD yet!).

It's so fun to watch my 13 year old watch that movie - she does the dance number that Baby does when she's by herself on the path. She's almost got it all down too!
