Here's my best...

Two dogs rolled in the mud.
They got dirty.

My grandfather loved to tell that one to all of us kids... and then over the years... to all of OUR kids too.

He always started with whispering, "Pssst! Come 'ere. Imma tell you a dirty joke and don't let your mother know I told you......".

Its supposedly the dirtiest joke on the planet but the whole catch is it's a fill in the blank question- You have the basic parts - a man goes to a producer and he says I have this great show I want to pitch to you then (fill in the blank) , then the producer is horrified and tentively asks whats the name of it and the man replies "the Aristocrats"
