I am researching bad erotic literature for a magazine article I am writing. When I say bad, I mean excruciatingly contrived and cliched rubbish... stuff that is so bad it's almost good.

Would love to hear about the worst examples of writing you have come across!

Check out my LST3K submissions. Not the worst stories I've ever read, but the worst ones an author would willingly donate for me to purposely rip to pieces with commentary. *laugh*

There are some truly horrid grammar, plot, and just general WTF points in all of those. Other than my bolded commentary, the stories are exactly as written by the original authors.

If you haven't looked there already, a little time spent on the SRP board should easily produce some examples of hackneyed literary devices and calcified porn conventions, not to mention memorably inept handling of language.

Don't know if you can fit it into your article, but the SRP's also showcase many instances of poor reading comprehension, resulting in some pretty spectacular non sequiturs, plotwise.
