Work your way up slowly, lube lube lube. You cant jump form a normal size to huge without stepping up slowly unless you REALLY like pain lol.

Buttplugs. Use them to work your way gradually up to the size of dildo you want. Use plenty of lube and be patient, giving yourself time to adjust between each toy.

The first question is do you already have a dildo? As Random Guy said above, take it slow. Stat with one that's as big as the largest cock you've ever had. Work your way up. I started with a 6" thin vibe, then moved up to an 8" vibe. It didn't seem like much in the store, but it made a big difference inside me (a really good difference!). I've gone on to bigger ones.
