So we have been using the same dildo on me for a while. Lately it hasn’t seemed to have the same effect. We have used a bigger one the last few times and I came hard. Do you need to eventually upsize to get the same effect from a dildo?

I would try to ease off with the vibe. I think that, much more than dildo size, can tend to desensitize you over time. I'm speaking as a man(ish) person, though, so I may be talking out my ass....
