Last night I got hungry and had to return movies. Next to the video store is a tex-mex chain. I returned my movies and proceeded to STUFF myself with mexican food.

When I got home I was so sleep I went to bed.

I woke up this morning and it was like my body was totally fatigued and drained.

I didn't have any tequilla (all I drank was water).

I didn't have any strange dreams. But I felt like I was in a total fog when I awoke. I just wanted to go back to sleep, but I had plenty of sleep- from 9PM to 5AM.

Was it the food or the way I ate and crashed?

Yes, it was the way you crashed and probably the food you ate too. Sleeping on a full stomach is taxing on your digestive system as it has to function in a way it is not used to (i.e. without the aid of gravity). Without efficient digestion, our bodies feel sluggish and heavy. Also, depending on what you ate, certain heavier foods (especially meat) could exacerbate this effect. Another thought - you could be dehydrated. Drink lots of water and let your body flush out, so to speak.

Yeah, but what did you smoke?

All I smoked was Marlboros. I scraped the resin from my bong earlier this week and am saving the last of it for tonight or tomorrow.

Olivianna- YES. I was very thirsty too when I woke up. I am feeling better though now that I am moving around.

The BM was a help too!
