often that might also have to do with how alive a forum is... when nothing much happens, or on a forum that only allows "serious" posts, it would take ages to get 1000 posts... here though it can be quite easy...

Yeah. The gaming forum I moderate is pretty low-spam tolerant. We have a couple of topics (rate thelast movie, what are you listening to now and such) that are a little spammy, but most forum games and other spammy topics get closed immediately. It does make it harder to get higher post counts, but that's the the point of that forum anyway.

I'll just have to suffer for a few more days until I can express myself again
