Did I enter the contest properly?

Hi. I tried to enter the April Fools contest 2022. I entered one of the stories that appears on my "Works" list and I copy/pasted the appropriate contest entry text in the notes to Admins section. I had to change the title because it wouldn't let me enter a story with exactly the same name as one I had on my already published "Works" list. The story I intended to enter in the contest is now published and on my "Works" list, so I have two identical stories published with two different titles, but I don't know if the "new" version of it is entered into the contest. It looks like it is just published. My questions are:
1. If you enter a contest with a story from your "Works" list, is a duplicate that story supposed to also show up on your "Works" list?
2. If it is, how do I know it has been successfully entered into the contest? There is nothing in the works list that indicates it is a contest entry.
