Remember the episode of Voyager where Tuvac and Nelix became Tuvix?
What if it were the two romantic leads on Next Generation, Picard/Crusher and Riker/Troy?
How would they resolve this situation, and what about sex?

I'm a major league Trekker, but I don't know where to go with this idea. There have been lots of transporter accident plots (the one where Kirk was split into his violent half and his wimpy half; the one where there were two Rikers, etc.), but the sex thing would of course be a new direction.

You could have Troi and Crusher become one being, and Picard and Riker fight over her. Or the flipside: Picard and Riker become one, and Troi and Crusher fight over him. Or you could have Worf and Data blended into one super-intelligent fucking machine, and ALL the women fight over him!

Personally, I'm more of a DS-9 fan than TNG. Blend the slinkiness of Kira and the cuteness of Ezri Dax, and you've got quite a woman!

I'm sure there are fan-fic sites where many similar things have been done......Carney

Oh brother, I am sooooo singing from the same hymn sheet as you!

I'm a massive Trekkie too but even I'm not sure where to take this transporter accident story. I always had a crush on Crusher (sorry about the pun) mainly due to my weakness for redheads but perhaps a story set in the Mirror Universe would open up more obvious storylines. Perhaps we could see Deanna Troi (check your spelling next time ;)) in an even tighter fitting catsuit!

I love the Mirror Universe! Have you read the "Dark Passions" books? Two volumes set in the Mirror Universe, focusing on the chicks. Kira is "The Intendent" and rules with an iron catsuit; Worf is "The Regent" who governs the fallen Terran Empire. And Seven of Nine is a Cardassian spy. They are not quite pornographic, but definitely erotic. You could ratchet it up a notch and it would fly here quite well.......Carney

I think I'll give those books a try. The Intendant has always been a perfectly seductive slut of a character. Grrrrrrrr. ;)

I think she's modeled after Princess (now bare with me) Ahmadalah from Buck Rogers In The 24th Century.
By the way, Jane Fonda (Barbarella, When Women Had Tails) was originally up for that role.

I was thinking the women would be in one body (half and half not inside and outside) for a kind of lesbian scene, which I think is more erotic than gay.

There was another trasporter one you are forgetting, The Anti Matter Man.

That Dabbo Girl Rom dates (and I think later married), is the must lusted after DS9 character I can think of, also that other Dax girl when she showed her spots.

By the way, the name Quark is an injoke, not because of bar bottles like you might think.
The original name would have been Qark (what you get when you split a half an atom in two, creating a singularity).

Leeta, played by Chase Masterson. Quite the hottie! She has her own website now ( www.chasemasterson.com ), where she sells albums and promotes other stuff. I always had the hots for her.

For some reason the site is not coming in for me.
Is she related to Spike from Buffy The Vampire Slayer?

Transgendered sex! To boldly go where no one has gone before

Remember that scene where Bashir and Lewis Zimmerman were on the top level at Quark's, looking down at Leeta working the Dabo tables? She looked up, realised she was being watched by two nice men, and gave a cheeky grin. You could see right down her top too! :D

And then there was the 'just got out of the shower' scene from later on in the same ep!! :p

I think (the late) Gene Rodenberry purposly put risque moments like that in.
I first noticed it on Star Trek Next Generation in the Vosh episode down at Risa (first scene on planet was an ultra mini skirt over thong scene).

Actually the first Star Trek had those moments too (green skined hotties).
To paraphrase Mel Brooks in History Of The World "It's good to be the captain."

"Doctor Bashir I Presume" was a fifth season episode. I'd count that as a "later season".

I'm sure there's tons of Trekkies here, I'm one... but you had me at lost for words with that combo. I had to think about other girls Rykers been with. Hmmmm, sounds like the combo of Tuvok and Janeway works better! They're already dear friends, possibilities go up there! :catroar:

Although most words have short vowels if the consonant is doubled, Trek in the case is part of a name, so it's written Trekers.

Blimey, you know how to win friends and influence people, don't you? :)
I wasn't being stuck up or snobbish.
I was just pointing out a small spelling error so future posts will be correct.

Well, I'm sure most Trekkers would spell it with a double K anyway, including me with my degree in English Studies.

Watch alot of Star Trekk do ya?

One who goes on a quest or trek is a trekker.
The title of a TV show called Star Trek, has fans called Trekers.

Okaaaaay. Nice knowing you. Enjoy correcting everyone all the time, won't you? I'm sure it'll make you a real hit with people just trying to have a conversation with you.

Bye.

Ok, I have tried to resist this, but I'm not only a trekkie, but I'm an English geek too! It's TREKKIE, or Trekker! Sigh... ohhh that feels much better. :catroar:
