It's hot and muggy here too. I haven't walked in several days. If I could only get up early.......of course I would have to go to bed early. Tomorrow should be nice but I can't walk because I didn't get my meds. I'll pick them up in the morning. I can't walk without my naproxin. : - )

Hope you got your meds and had a wonderful walk. We had nasty storms last night. Got lots of rain, 8 inches! No flooding where I am, but those in the city got lots. More rain due tonight.

Hope all the storms and nasty hot weather have all gone through your area. Crossing my fingers it is a nice comfortable day for you.

I don't think that will happen until October! Yesterday I tried to walk at 11. The temperature was in the low 80s, but with the humidity and the fact that I hadn't walked in a few days, it was hard going. I gave up after less than a mile. Today I'm going out at 7.

One of my meds was changed from the patch to the pill. A difference of $30. The patch falls off and I complained. I don't want another pill, but neither do I like throwing money away.

Tuesday was trying to say the least! I went to fix lunch and discovered it was raining in the kitchen. To make matters worse I couldn't find the new number to maintenance, so I went to the leasing office. The maintenance man was there and I got the right number. I didn't have to call though, the leasing agent sent the work order in and Martin came up and tore a hole in my wall. Then he went upstairs and tore out the wall above me. No more water, which is good. No one lives above me, so no one is unhappy about coming home finding a hole in the kitchen. Of course the wall has to be fixed ASAP for the new residents.

Then Wednesday morning, the same thing! Now I have an ugly hole in the wall while they wait for it to dry before plastering.

There was another leak above me. It was fixed on Thursday and now they're just waiting for everything to dry out so it can be replastered. So far no more leaks.
