Glad to hear it was like that for you. Feeling much better today. The weekend was sort of a "not doing so well" kind of time. Shrugs, that is just the nature of the beast. Things much better today. Even though it is raining I got out to the gym, exercised and stuff like that.

Sometimes just going out makes me feel better. At least I don't feel any worse. I'm still exercising with Richard. I do the lady every now and then. I need to do that one more so I'll learn the routine.

You are right about the going out itself can do quite a bit to help things.

Hope your day is a terrific one.
The day is almost perfect. I woke up at 4, ate some raisins, posted a little then went back to bed and slept until 9. I haven't done my Richard Simmons yet, but I've completed 18 cards! I think I should put on some undies and shoes and go outside for a short walk. The sun is too pretty to stay inside.

You're welcome. I've been pretty lax about doing them lately. Trying to get cards made and my writing done, something had to go.
I think it was Monday that I had a fatal error and lost more than 10,000 words of a story.
I couldn't even open the temp file.... I decided to do what I once did and that was to save the version to a different name each day. Today it happened again but I only lost about 200 words that I had written today. Now I'm going to save every 100 words........ what a pain, but I don't want to lose 10,000 words ever again. It was really cool here today. I think it was in the 50s when I got up. I'm not going to complain though. I'll just take whatever MN wants to dish out.

Things are going pretty well, thank you. Got out and exercised this morning. There were a couple of cute looking men working out too.
I am so sorry you lost all of that work. Yes saving often can be a real pain.
It is very cool here. Was 42 this morning but the sun is warming things nicely. It is 66 right now and of course in the sun it is warmer.
As far as MN, yes that is all any of us can do.
