I wake up around by 6 am every morning. I feel terrible. I try to go back to sleep. I can't. If I do, I wake up an hour later.

I know that problem. As near as I can tell, there is no cure...

There isn't. Right now I'm sleepy. No matter what I do I'll be wide awake at 10 pm. My internal clock has gone whacky.

I must have run into someone who reads your thread yesterday.
A car at an intersection had lost all of its huge lumber order from a nearby store during rush hour. Imagine my suprize to see a couple teenagers who
looked like delinquets jump out to help them! This also brings up the belief to never judge a book by its cover.It is kind of like the commercial where a little old lady offers a mean hells angel guy a quarter for the pay phone!

I agree with you. A couple of weeks ago I was on the bus coming home. A block from where I was to get off, a dozen or more older people got on. The young men got up to give them their seats. The guy sitting next to me looked like a hoodlum ready to rob the 7-11. He had gold teeth, tats, piercings and was listening to some foul rap music. He gave up his seat. Will wonders ever cease?
