I haven't had a good peach in years. I can't pick them. I used to wait until my mother bought them and grab a couple of hers.

Not too hard, not too soft. More importantly, it has to smell like a peach (hard to find when the fruit is all shipped underripe!).

Doing well, having more success with bs#. I'm working at it now. I had been 'on vacation' for too long and the # showed. I have a team of doctors on my case and back. I'm glad for that.

No writing of late but today looks better, plus I am getting sick of being stalled. I'm having a bit of trouble deciding on a particular chapter break.

I guess I missed that earlier post. I'm doing good. My back finally recovered from my burst of energy a few weeks ago. I'm doing good with staying away from the sugar. The splenda and equal no longer leave a bad taste in my mouth. I go in tomorrow for routine follow-up. I'm hoping to have lost at least 5 lbs...........but I'll take anything.

I hope you get good results. I'm now trying to eliminate splenda et al since reading about some negative factors, most especially to end the craving/addiction for the sweet taste.

I need to head out for a bit, but hope to catch up again later.

I know all about the craving/addiction. I use one package in my oatmeal and nothing else. The sugar-free products have it, but I'm like you......I need to kick the sweet habit.
