Just an idea that I hope someone can use.
An ex-vice cop who was kicked out of the force is now a detective specialising in missing persons. In his latest case, all he has to go on originally is a picture of the missing guy, from the party in which he was last seen. This person seems really innocent, and so he decides to take the case, but it turns out that this guy is as perverted/corrupted/twisted as they come. And so the detective finds himself back in the strip clubs and sleazier bars, becoming more and more corrupted as the case unravels....
