i have got to get a job to tide me through the summer and i have a few options

follow my carrear choice and go into the social sector by working as a playworker in a creche from 32 primary aged kids. That will help me keep motivated towards the teaching career but will be a tough summer on little pay

or be a dustman/rubbish collector for the council which will be piss easy, good money, sociable hours, but will leave me stinking of cats piss and feel lousy about the fact i didnt take the tough summer instead.

i want to do both but its decision time

tough summer wizzy no problem. You really need to get used to no money given your chosen profession, so why don't you just start there. Anyway cat piss is not an odor that anyone wear's well.

I'm in the same boat. But all my options seem to be piss poor.

Should I house clean all day, go to college all night, and volunteer on the weekends down at the zoo? All while being poor?

its one of those shitty situations where you can work your balls off at something you love and have no money and be miserable because of it or you can do something mindless and tedious and get bucks for it

my best friend just landed herself a new job for being at the right time a the right place so she has gone from earning 9K in a shop to 64K in an office over night. 19yrs old. it stings doesnt it
