The hell of it is, these guys have plenty of work demand already, and the retired communities still think they should work for peanuts. These workers are experts, and there are almost no construction crews in the region that are primarily Caucasian.

Another guy told me about a job he did last week installing sidewalks at a high school in an affluent suburb of Tucson called Oro Valley. They had just done the final troweling on the last section of sidewalk toward the end of the day, when a young local cop pulled up and asked to see the ID of each worker. The young idiot was going to try to bust them for being "illegals".

Trump has poisoned the social fabric with all his fear mongering about Mexicans being primarily drug addicts, rapists, and murderers. Racism has gone right out into the open.

I had no idea that post Obama that someone actually tried to make a living doing concrete. It's pretty much a hobby for everyone else. But you do your collective you.

You'd be amazed by what those that came here legally think about those that don't. Great food as well.

I live on part of a large ranch that was split up during the 70s. 80% of my neighbors are Mexican-Americans. This past winter, we have been having cookouts every Friday, starting shortly after work. There is talk of continuing this in the summer, but meeting later in the evening.

Last Friday, there were questions raised about how the Coronavirus might affect all the gatherings that people in our remote area attend. Because none of us were heavily invested in the stock market, that was not a concern to us personally. These are all people who invest in livestock, farming, home improvements, and energy backup systems.

I am not amazed at all about what "those that came here legally think", because every week we talk about the whole range of views, from their traditional Catholic opposition to homosexuality to the stereotyping that Mexicans are subjected to at their places of work. We don't agree on everything, but the discrimination they face is obvious to all of us, and it has gotten much worse under Trump.

And yes, the food is always great.

Don't live in a trailer. Built my own home, like a lot other of my multi-skilled neighbors did.

It usually does result in that, CID has a whole division dedicated to keeping gangs out of the Army, I'm sure NCIS has a few agents who are dedicated to the same.

Here is the deal, they don't affiliate with their gangs while in.

They come in for 3 years, get some slick training in, then go back and teach the others what they've learned.

Some do move away from that life....

How do you tell the difference between the two?? That's up to the CID/NCIS agents to investigate.
