Deperately seeking story!

I was reading a story series about a princess who is captured by a rival king who has invaded her kingdom to rescue his sister. She pretends to be a maid and has her cousin pose as her to keep her cousin safe. Her gay brother has been sent to some sort of monestary. I have been trying to find it for days. My hard drive crashed I got a new one and then it got a virus and then mymodem died. I would appreciate any help in finding this story. I would love to know how it ends. Thanks to all.
