A Democrat report indicates party panic over far-left initiatives that Republicans exposed as inconsistent with working class and Latino voters’ values in the 2020 election cycle.

The report created by three Democrat groups, Third Way, Collective PAC, and Latino Victory Fund, asserts Republican messaging is carving inroads with voters, which “moderate Democrats struggled to counter since some within the Party identify as Democratic socialists.”

The report states, “The socialism attack… hurt campaigns in states and districts with immigrant populations that fled socialist governments, including among Venezuelan, Cuban, Vietnamese, and Filipino voters.”

The two observed “the growing recognition among Latinos that the core of their culture and identity is fundamentally incompatible with the goals and values of the radical left… Mexican culture and values are ‘more conservative than what Democrats present,’ and that the Democrat approach to molding Hispanic identity to the party’s benefit is ‘the definition of racism.'”

No, that was FDR in 1936.

Put the crack pipe down and get a GED.

My bad, I should have said number of votes. As a side note, more Americans voted in our history. Which means more Americans who have ever voted, voted for Dems.
And wasn't it George Washington? Or James Monroe?

Interesting report. Democratic messaging has always been a pain. Republicans just cry "socialism" and "open borders" ...they don't have an electorate who reads much further.

Gerrymandering has really led to headaches in so many states. I'm hoping changes to the redistricting laws in Ohio pay off. There really needs to be a mandate about independent commissions nationwide, as there's absolutely no reason a winning party should have control of representation distribution for a decade.

Truly the key is to increase awareness and policy discussion longer term. Turnout for Democrats after a win is typically lower, which is sad.

I'm definitely interested in seeing who is running for Portman's seat. Lord knows Mandel already has his hat in....no way in hell he should get it.

That's Breitbart. We can safely dismiss it.

Dismiss the analysis, definitely, but the report itself is an interesting read. (and for once, Breitbart actually provided a source link, which shocked the hell out of me - normally they don't want their readers to come to their own conclusions)

Ahhh yes, the ever not so relevant "popular vote" (D)'s for some reason obsess over.

Sure....LOL

And wasn't it George Washington? Or James Monroe?

Google confirms FDR. He won every state but Vermont and Maine, greatest US presidential landslide of all time.

So, you admit that I was right.
And again.
Show your Google proof.
