Ten million more people voted for Biden than voted for Obama, and nearly ALL of those 10 million voted for Biden SPECIFICALLY to ensure that Trump would not win the election.

You fail to comprehend how deeply unpopular Trump was with America at that time- and for very good reasons. His presidency was, on every count, an abject failure which deeply damaged this country, perhaps irreparably.

And I do believe that, had they investigated the 2024 election results to the same degree they did in 2020, they would prove without any reasonable doubt, that Trump lost that election as well.

If Congress passes legislation that stops the war, then the war stops.

If that's a threat to you, so be it. Congress declares war, not the President.

So if the Senate alone were to pass a nonbinding resolution demanding that the Commander in Chief cease hostilities, it would ordinarily carry political weight but not automatic binding legal force. Even under the War Powers Resolution, Congress acts institutionally, not merely through one chamber acting alone. Earlier versions of the Resolution attempted to use legislative veto mechanisms, but the INS v. Chadha decision significantly limited one-house legislative vetoes as unconstitutional. "The Senate” and “Congress” are not interchangeable terms when discussing binding separation-of-powers authority. In short, the Congress cannot order the President to cease combat actions. They can deny funds, they can repeal any authorizations of force, or they can impeach the President, but they are not the CinC and cannot issue orders to the Armed Forces.

And if the President ignores them and continues his war, it is a Constitutional crisis.

I.e. Constitutional for Congress to end the war.

The United States has engaged in dozens upon dozens of distinct military interventions, conflicts, and combat operations without a formal declaration of war, and depending on how you define “operation,” the number rises into the 30–50 plus range of significant uses of force, plus many smaller engagements. We've only fought five declared wars.
