Personally, I find it darkly hilarious that the establishment Democrats in DC have no problem voting in declarations of support for this guy's policies and kowtowing to him when he's merely perpetuating war crimes/genocide against poor brown people in the Middle East but find him publicly embarrassing a president who is unpopular and they all privately loathe as a bridge too far.
What surprises me is that the Republicans aren't going along with this. This piece of shit has been willfully embarrassing the United States for the last eight years--not because he dislikes the current administration but because they are perceived as weak, the government is perceived as corrupt, and he thinks the AIPAC money buys him the right embarrass the benefactor of his client state with impunity due to those conditions. You'd think the GOP would want to put a foreign puppet in his place, not encourage him.
