Stayed 3 extra days in Greece and was fucking her security guy when he was getting paid. Some thing like $45K was found to be in his payroll where they can prove she was fucking him and she expensed like $7K in hotels.

It’s also standard operating procedure for the Koch brothers, who’ve funded all sorts of assaults on transit through the various tentacles of their network. Their campaigns are typically based on deception, fearmongering, conspiracy theories, and appeals to tribalism.

I have this thing about the democratic process. She was voted in by the people. I assume they knew she wasn't perfect (far from it). How abouts we fire the bodyguard. Make him forfeit his pension. I basically agree with you on a gut level, but it is hard to draw that line. The prosecuted her as felony theft so I think the loss of office was a part of the plea. If they pay the restitution is a victimless crime and let the voters decide, but what happens when she does the next stupid thing? Will there be recrimination for not removing her?
She did show a pretty astonishing lack of judgement. I'd not vote to re-elect her for stealing from the treasury of the city but more so for being so fucking stupid. What a dope!
