I've seen more than a few reports over the years that other states ship them here but I don't have something off hand to confirm that. Either way its an issue.

The extremely high cost of living
Just look at the gas tax highest in the nation and some of the worst roads
Allowing people to steal $950 from any store with no consequences
And on and on and on
Governor Brown warned us he wasn’t much better that Newscum was worse but we had no idea how bad he really was

Per your article, more stores are opening than closing on a national basis. That’s a positive development. Cities like San Francisco are experiencing a different phenomenon.

Yes, you missed a lot. Then-CA governor Reagan signed bipartisan legislation passed by the CA legislature that was influenced by views of President Kennedy who saw firsthand how institutionalization impacted a member of his family.

The policies obviously didn’t work as intended, but it’s been more than 60 years since Kennedy was assasinated and almost a half century since Reagan left the governor’s mansion and over three decades since he left the WH.
