Deliberations... help?

Volunteer Editors

I have signed up to be a volunteer editor and am waiting approval, but I do it constantly. I teach and continually update or verify updates to training materials. I have gained the confidence of fellow team members at my place of work where they will not submit a change until I have seen it first. I know this sounds like I'm selling myself but I'm not. And I am considerate of others. It tears me up seeing "pending" days after I have submitted a story that I know is good.

In saying this I realize that thousands may see this. If I become overloaded I won't string a person along. I will provide daily progress updates or explain why there was no progress.

I LOVE writing and would encourage others to do more of it. And if their skills are lacking I will try me best to mentor them and assist them in improving their skills.

KEEP ON WRITING !!!

Oooh another fellow Canadian and a Lady also :) Cool.
Welcome to the AH from me to you:rose:

Editing wise, I'd say it depends on you and how comfortable you are with your work. If you feel it doesn't contain mistakes and that you're pretty sure it's enjoyable then go ahead and post it without another thought about editing.

If you do need an editor, look at the editor forum or even better go to the volunteer editor's page you'll find plenty of editors there and I'm pretty sure one of them will suit your need...

A bit of self-service to myself here....I'm one of them :)

Thanks, again great advice. BTW I had looked in the volunteer editor's page, but it went on, and on, and on, was a bit overwhelmed in seeing so many names. But now that I know you're one..... hehehe :rose: thanks for the offer, and the welcome.
