That's an understatement if ever there was one. I too was hoping to see how Germany's methodical approach would compare to Brazil's speed.

The Germany/Brazil game was a massive challenge to live up to in terms of drama but sadly the Holland/Argentina game didn't even try. I actually fell asleep!

Fantastic game! The way the championship should be. Both teams had several missed scoring opportunities but in the end, it only took one mistake for the game to be decided.

All's well that ends well, or so it goes. Congratulations to the Team from Germany.
But waiting 4 years for the lousy performance (of some) witnessed at this 2014 World Cup was just disheartening for me. So perhaps they can start the practising from now.
