I've been having troubles with rules here as well. not because I'm a born trouble maker but because some are just unclear and some are completely open to interpretation.
lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person .... is clearly open to interpretation and needs to be better defined, period.
can you post nude pics or can't you? . open and spread is clearly lascivious to me. then again seeing any pubic area could be over the top to someone else. this needs to be worked out. I realize using outher sites as examples isn't going to help here because the rules here are rules for Literotica. however they clearly have the same idea. the open posts are kept pretty clean, no sex and no purposely spread legs for the sake of showing off. but pictures of ladies pubic area are considered completely safe . as long as the pure focus of the picture wasn't to spread her lips for the camera.
I've clearly seen sexual acts taking place right here in a very popular thread , iE female to male oral from the back. you couldn't see the mouth or genitals but it was clear what she was doing. it that braking the no sex rule. no oral rule?
flickr is owned by yahoo a US company they clearly allow nudity and sex on their site if restricted correctly. what US law doesn't allow nudity here? nudity is nudity as far as I see it. if you show some you are showing it....
maybe a quick PM to the person letting them know their thread was deleted and for what reason in the rules they were deleted would help. after all not knowing and continuing to post incorrectly doesn't help anyone.
