You cannot. The solution is simple: Remove every kind of personal information and don't use your account any more.

you can't but about your e-mail:

click on User CP (top left of each page)

click on Options

beneath the option to appear online or 'invisible', you'll find a box to tick or leave blank - if you leave it blank, your e-mail addy will be hidden. it only appears if you have the box checked:

You may choose to allow other users to download a vCard containing your email address and username.

If you want to keep your email address private, do not allow vCard downloads.
Allow vCard Download

You should still be prepared to receive a 'Happy Birthday' email from Lit. to that email on your birth date.

Oh, for goodness sake, just register a dud email with Hotmail or something and use that to verify your 'new' email address and never check it again.

And there are sites that let you send emails to a temporary address that gets deleted in a half hour. Handy things for joining websites. I can't recall their URLs right now and I'm afraid any linking might be classed as spamming but they give you random email addresses that you can use to sign up for newsletters or things and then delete them from the server in a short period of time. Perfect for this situation too.
