Jack Garmisch

Jack runs Garmisch New & Used Car Sales, he has the Toyota dealership on highway 17.
Jack is an honest man, he sells the trade ins cheap to local people, He has a good mechanic, and makes sure all hus used cars are in the best condition possible.

I sat in the pickup, on the corener, watching until the kids had gone to school, I did not want to let her kids know she was in trouble. She being, Mrs Carla Angilotti.
She had come to me for a nice car, as she put it, about 9 months back. And I showed her a real nice Celica, with a clean and good engine, for two and a half grand. I knew she could not afford finance company rates, so, as I often did with local people, I did a deal with her. One twenty five a month, for two years. She would pay me 2.750 for the car, where a finance company would have been 4 grand at least.
I did warn her though, she HAD to meet the payments, and this month, second in a row, she had not paid, and was now 250 in arrears.
I rang the doorbell, and pretty soon there she was, still in her night things, which surprised me. I didn`t beat about the bush, it was quite simple.
"Mrs Angilotti, you have defaulted on the payments for the car, for two months in a row now. And as it says on the agreement, that means I take the car back. So you have two choices I am afraid, give me the money, or the keys. I am sorry it has come to this Mrs Angilotti, but you did sign, and it is you who didnt pay."
I looked at her sympathetically
"Maybe you have something you could sell?"
