This is my frist time in the forum. I am looking for advise, suggestions, or any kind of help on my questions. Here goes.....
I've been practicing deep throat on my man for a whlie now. I can take all of him into my throat as far as it can go. I'm conquered the gag reflex to a point, meaning sometimes I gag other times I don't. We've tried every position. But the one that has the most penetration is him standing and me on my knees. And I love the way he feels inside me. While he is in my throat I can swallow...just once... and the tightness drives him crazy. And that's where I'm at....I can't go any further..I don't know what to do next or how to how do it. Do I stay still and let him pump away? How do I breathe? I can't wait for him to come whlie he's deep in my throat...but honestly I have a fear that I'll choke or gag. Is there a possibility of choking?
I have read the "how-tos" in the stories and they're a big help...but what I need is a step by step instruction I guess..

I might be able to help you.

I do this sometimes, when my man is in the mood for it. It usually is enough to tire him out for the rest of the night, so we really don't do it all that often.

First, do anything you want to. Move carefully until you get the hang of it. If he wants to pump into you, make sure he's careful. Or you can move on him. Either way, you both need to get into a rhythm of some kind, so that you can breathe. Breathe on the outstroke...just exhale as he moves out, and inhale right before he goes in. It takes a while to get it right, but one night suddenly the breathing thing will 'click', and it will become a natural feeling. The biggest hurdle for me was pacing myself...knowing that I didn't have to take a HUGE breath. Once I got used to the feeling of small breaths, I was fine.

I don't think you will choke. That's just from my experience, though. I think that if you can swallow him while he's in your throat...which is difficult to do, so congrats on it!...that you won't choke. He can start by maybe beginning to come in your mouth, and then pushing into your throat for the final pumps? That way, maybe, you can be a little more confident about it before he drops that whole delicious load down your throat.

Gagging is something that you just overcome with time. It does take a while for it to go away, and sometimes it comes back, even after you are pretty experienced at doing it. No big deal...just try a different angle. You will get to a point where you sense it coming on, and you know to move before it actually happens.

And you can swallow on him? Wow. That is what was so difficult for me. Once is great. Try swallowing very slowly, to get used to the sensation, and you can probably do more. Just remember to breathe between those swallows. After a while you will work up to being able to do it twice before breathing, then three, etc...for me, I guess I had to train those muscles to work the way I wanted them to work. But eventually, I got up to being able to swallow pretty continuously while he was in my throat.

I hope this helps. Practice makes perfect, they say, and that is certainly the case with deep throating. Go slow, be careful, and you will work up to a quite comfortable level.

Find where your gag reflex is and relax. You'll need to challenge it, to find it and work through it a little at a time. So gag slightly, pull him out a little, take a deep breath, and try it again and again. Eventually, you'll be able to take more and for longer.
