Personally I'm not interested in any kind of "medical play". I tend to leave that sort of thing to my physician(s). Without going to the actual site, I'm going to guess it's a contraption called "Urethral Sounds". Maybe I'm wrong in saying this, but using something like that should be left in the hands of "experts". The chances of something going wrong is very real in my opinion.

I've juiced metal sounds with a TENS unit. I prefer them as they seem easier to sterilize by far. This looks kinda neat though, in theory.
