It's amazing to see all the "doomsday" people preparing for the end of the world, I think they have several shows on Discovery and a few other channels dealing with all the people preparing for the end.

Hell I think everyone should be prepared for anything that might happen. I believe in having a survival kit, extra food and water, blankets etc. I don't think this because the end of the world is coming. I just like to be prepared.

Where I live all it take is bad weather to strand you at home. If planes or boats can not make it in do to bad weather it would hurt but not kill us. However we have some pretty amazing pilots around here and boat captains. The word fearless comes to mind.

My husband and I are going to buy a good sized generator so when we lose power for 2 or 3 days, we don't lose everything in our freezer or refridgerator.

Personally, I believe humans will eventually cease to exist through the process of evolution. But, the end of the world as in the end of Earth? Not going to happen...
