Decadents and Dropouts IC

Aaron started slowly. He kept his distance as he glided together with Phyliss over the dance floor. From the signals she sent he thought she had already accepted what he would suggest in the night to come, so keeping things going slow might arouse her even more.

Ever so slowly he kept pulling her a little closer, intensifying his grip just a little. Finally they were touching each other, and he even thought he could feel her nipples through the layers of both of their clothing. He was getting aroused now himself. Soon he would suggest to retreat somewhere. maybe the garden, it was not cold tonight. But for now he would prolong the suspense just a few more minutes.

---

Verialyn had to smile inwardly at the merchants compliments. He was doing a decent job of appearing calm, but the slight bulge in his pants betrayed him. Then the box with the locket was brought.

Once the box was opened, she had a closer look at the locket it contained. That was definitely a precious piece of jewelry. She looked up at Marcus again. "Thank you good sir, this is indeed a wonderful gift. I will gladly accept your present, although I do not think I deserve something as expensive."

Then the servant approached, mentioning Canut and their real names. Wonderful. Why wasn't he enjoying the free time he got together with Koetia. But no point in revealing her fake now, if Marcus had not lost the last of his brain cells in her cleavage he would direct the servant to Phyliss. Verialyn checked. Yes, Phyliss was still in the room, but probably not much longer.

Now Aaron was so close that dancing nearly became a kind of clothed intercourse. She could even feel him growning through their clothes, and she would have moved closer to him if that were even possible. No, she mustn't have an orgasm on the dancefloor her. She have had some on dancefloors before, but only at very decadent, still elegant and stylish places. But not here. She would have to wait for his turn...

The Narrator

The guard still waited for an order. Farmintides still stood there, not showing if he was impressed by his account. He turned to him and said something to him, which was not understandable. The guard saluted and went away.
Marcus turned back to Verialynn, smiling again.

The names were suspicious, three women for the three female guests. But the woman who Marcus courted was not one of the woman the guard asked about, so his mind was not triggered more than wondering if more women were to join him that night. It kind of made him get a little full of himself, was he that well known for his gifts and his abilities in pleasuring women around these parts.

The gorgon was one of the people, so it was now Aaron's problem. And he waved his hand and told the guard to go talk to the gorgon woman. Marcus was not worried about interrupting their play on the dance floor, nor of Aaron's feelings on getting interrupted.

"This gift is just a small part of my wealth, and although expensive enough to show my true feelings for you, it will not impact my stability in any way. Not financially anyway," he explained taking the locket out and moving behind her. His hands reaching around over her shoulders to lay the locket on her bosom, before clipping it in place. Her fingertips trailed back down her neck before settling on her shoulders. He walked around, fingertips grazing her naked skin and smiled.

"Perfect. Now, shall we dance?"

He offered her his arm, before taking her to the dance floor, holding her close enough to feel heat but not enough for her breasts to rub against him. Yet at least.

--------

Relic's ears picked up the announcement of their real names and with a quickness of hand she accepted Ludul's offer to retire to the library. They moved off together. She was Miranda Rayen to him, and to the other men. For now it gave them a little time.

The worse case they could say they split up with the rest of their female parties in the town. And that one of the humans and drow were with the other group as well. A mirror image.

"Yes, I feel rather tired keeping up with everyone tonight, and a soft couch would be divine. You are most hospitable."

They moved off into the library and she took a seat very close to him, but of course not so forward as to sit in his lap. That could be in a few minutes though. Drinks were prepared and she let another mouthful of fine wine slip down her throat. Licking her lips afterward.

As Aaron closed the distance between himself and Phyliss she did the same, pulling at him at least as strongly. He was slowly getting aroused, and there was no way Phyliss did not notice, however she gave no indication that it bothered her.

Finally Aaron had enough of building up the suspense. It was time to move on.

"Mrs Ovida, you dance wonderfully. I am no match for your grace. But would you do me the favour and allow me to show you the garden on a small detour?"

---

Verialyn was wondering inwardly. Why did the merchant find it necessary to tell her that this valuable present was only pocket change for him? Maybe to impress her and make her want for more? Actually if she were paid the equivalent of such a valuable piece each day, taking the position of his concubine would not be such an unattractive option for a while. But it would be a pain to cover her dietary habits for more than a few days.

As he put the locket around her neck, she could feel his fingertips on her shoulders. It was actually somewhat stimulating., knowing what effect she had had on him. So as he asked for her hand, she let herself be led to the dancefloor by him and started to dance. As was expected he held her close, and his grip was firm. She smiled at him as they danced and wondered what his next move would be.

Marcus' fingertips still burned with the sensations that touching her smooth skin had caused. And he squeezed her hand gently, leading them around the floor as was customary. His feet were graceful considering his age, and he balanced nicely allowing her to be supported. On an upbeat part of the music he started to spin her, watching her form to see every angle of her.

He enjoyed spinning women during a dance, for it gave him the chance to watch all their curves, and he loved when their luxurious locks of hair would splay out or bounce with each step. It made him groin ache slightly to see the feminine accents.

Her dress was driving him crazy as well, for he was only left to imagine what the most private area's looked like. How he wanted to know what they felt and tasted like as well. His breathing and heart rate were slowly speeding up, from both his thoughts and the dancing.

"Ciara, I do hope you won't find it rude that I call you by your first name. Would you be interested in sharing a night cap with me by the fire after the dancing is done. Dinner is our main affair, and if there is no business to discuss the night is rather boring. If you have no other plans, I would love to hear more about you."

Phyliss was just to happy. "Oh, I love to be shown the garden by you." she sighted in a very alluring tone, wich was not pretended. She hold his hand and walked out with him. She didn't noticed that the guard was watching behind him.

The Narrator

The guard felt unpleasant. The orders were clear; get hold of the kobald, but alive, and talk to the gorgon, asking her the names of her companions. But he didn't say in which order. The guard decided it was better to look after the kobald first, before he went away. The gorgon would stay in the garden, for sure, and he was not to eager to interrrupt her and Gerling just now. He went out and called some of the guards together.
"Allright, we invite him in, friendly. If he tries to run or is resistance, capture him, but we need him alive."

Marcus Farmintides was indeed a good dancer. It seemed like he got a lot of practice, which was not surprising. It had been a few years since Verialyn had danced in that way the last time, but fortunately some things are not easily forgotten. As the dance went on she felt more and more comfortable, the graceful rhythm returning to her motions. Even spinning around was easy again now.

"Why Marcus, I do not mind at all. I hope it is o.k. if I call you Marcus in return. I would welcome a short rest after the next dance. A quiet place by the fire would be ideal for that."

The Narrator

Ludul walked into the library, which was indeed empty now,
"Ususally the men gather around her after the meal" he chuckled, "but tonight they seem all busy watching your companions dance."
He sat down at the table, opening one of the bottles from a little sidetable, filling two glasses. This was certainly no wine by its color and odor.
"So, we can talk in private now."

The Narrator -outside

Several guards came to the gate, while one of them opened it. He looked at Canut and said: "Allright, they are in there. They want you to come in."

The Narrator

Aaron was a little irritated as the guard tried to approach him, but he tried to not let Phyliss notice it. Behind her back he shooed the guard off, and thankfully it worked.

He led Phyliss out in the garden. It was a peace of art, although it would have been even more impressive in the daylight. There were lots of trees and three yard high hedges dividing the area. Aaron led Phyliss to a bench encircled by a hedge on three sides, and facing a small lake that reflected the moonlight. He gestured towards the bench and asked "Shall we have a short rest here?"

Marcus smiled, she enjoyed her using his first name. It made it all the more personal, and intimate in a way. It meant they had broken through the first barrier, and now could work onto the next. He used the slowed down music to get closer to her, hoping she might also show some forward like to dance pressed against him.

The song finished once, and another started, and as time passed he found himself tiring. At one point he found himself watching the locket sway softly in between her breasts, and couldn't help but look up at her with an enjoying smile.

"What do you do apart from travel? Do you have a husband or conquest waiting for you?" Although it would be annoying, her being paired already wouldn't necessarily be a cause to stop his own courting.

He used a turn to take the chance to press against her as though he simply stepped a little close during it.

----

In the library Ludul poured her another drink, obvious that he preferred something stronger than wine. Her system was pretty good at dealing with toxins, so her ability to drink wasn't as weak as most. But she still knew that getting drunk would limit her reflexes and ability to move when necessary. In the back of her mind she knew that Canut could ruin their covers, and that a chase or fight could ensue.

She yawned, drinking the glass slowly, her eyelids getting a little heavy. Of course she was merely trying to get Ludul to either retire, or request her to join him upstairs. The sooner she could do her work, get him to sleep, check out his possessions and then find Canut the better.

"So what business would you talk about here? Or is it a secret?" she inquired, crossing her legs and running a hand through her hair as she leaned back.

The gordon could just surpress a lechorous grin. But the movement of her snakes may just have told how she was feeling. "Yes I like to." her voice was nearly trembling a bit. She could see well in the dark, Aaron probably not. Her nipples stood out so hard now, that they would have been clearly visible in better light.

"so, I just wondered..." Ludul spoke slowly, "..if you are capable of fighting and finding tracks in the wilderness, good at hunting, all these things valuable in dangerous, remote areas, if we could make an arrangement for the next mission. If we can get along, of course. What do you think?" he grinned at her, a bit to sleazy again.

Aaron sat down on the bench, and motioned for Phyliss to sit next to him, one of his arms resting on the back on the bench, ready to embrace her once she had sat down. This was going exceptionally well, and he could hardly wait for the next stage.

---

As Marcus was slowly closing the distance, she allowed her breasts to brush against him once or twice accidentially. Markus was having a look or two at the locket, or was it the locket he was watching? She had to smile.

"No, travelling a lot is not very conductive for a fixed relationship, so I have not pursued one yet".

Then he - surely only by accident - pulled her close to him, her breasts firmly pressed against him for a short moment, and she could clearly feel his arousal now. She pretended that she had not noticed anything. Hopefully he would not wear out too soon once the "interesting" action began.

Phyliss sat down close to him, so that some of her wiggling snakes rubbed on his shoulder. She was breathing fast now, impatient.

Relic smiled and laughed a little bit, but not in a rude way. It seemed as though she found his proposal very interesting. Getting paid was always interesting. Placing a hand on his arm she spoke to him openly. "Work is always something that I am open to, and as long as the pay is fair you can use me however is required." It sounded dirty, but it could still apply. Who knows, maybe he would see a use for her skills that didn't involve tracking, hunting or killing.

----

Her breasts pressed against him made him throb, and he swallowed to hide his excitement. Marcus was aware she was affecting him now, but he didn't care in the slightest. Even a simpleton would know that he was overwhelmed and almost infatuated with this new quarry.

"It is a great surprise to hear that, but understandable. I travel a lot and have lost two wives to the lifestyle and bad luck. But one must always continue to live as if the next encounter could be the winning moment."

He slid his hand a little further down her back, his pinky finger dangerously close to where her back ended and her toned ass began. It lingered there, and he fought to control himself, to keep it from running down in between her cheeks.

The gorgon was really excited, maybe he should tease her just a little more. Aaron let out a quiet and relaxed sigh, but kept silent otherwise, pretending to watch the stars. By now he was used to the contact with her snakes, and he found the sensation of them touching him pleasant.

Meanwhile his right hand approached her shoulder from behind, and his fingertips strated to slowly trace over her upper arm, teasing her.

---

Verialyn could feel Marcus' hand sliding down her back, stopping only as he reached her skirt, and seemingly hesitant for the moment to slip under it. Again, Verialyn pretended not to notice and casually continued the conversation "It is just not possible to have it all. You seem to be very successful at your business, though"

Was Marcus going to try and take her right here on the dance floor? She had not done this in a while, and while it was an interesting experience she would prefer a little more privacy tonight. Had he forgotten the night cap by the fire he himself had suggested?

Phyllis was just to hot to wait any longer. As he touched her, she slung both arms around his neck and threw her legs over his lap. Then she closed her eyes and opened her eyes, leaning her head back.

It was taking considerable determination not to take her right there, Aaron and Phyliss had left soon after Ludul and Relic had made their way to the library. The remaining guests were leaving to their rooms since all the women seemed taken and that Marcus would not be interested in business that night. So the two final dancers were soon alone with just the servants. And the servants were more like statues keeping their eyes peeled in case they were required. Some went to watch over Relic and Ludul in case further drinks were needed, but they just took a place by the walls and waited silently.

Marcus finally breathed out and stepped back, smiling as he decided that the night cap would indeed be the best course of action. He had danced, complimented, given a gift but that did not entitle him to demanding her body for the night.

He offered his hand again, and turned towards the little lounge at the end of the dance hall.

The servants moved off to prepare the area. Putting some more wood on the fire, setting a gentle music playing. And they would return with a warm or cold drink however they desired.

"What would you like to drink before we retire, you must still be tired after the ride today."

Aaron congratulated himself, the gorgon had flinched first. He would continue to play it slow, he liked how this drove her mad. As soon as she sat on his lap, he led his hands wander over her back, caressing her. One hand went up to stroke her snakes. He was curious how that would feel.

---

Verialyn let herself be led to the lounge by Marcus, taking a seat opposit of him. The lounge looked really inviting, and the seats were comfortable. There were also some screens shielding them from most of the main hall.

"Oh, some warm wine would be fine". She had heard of that practive not too long ago. Now she only had to make sure Marcus would not notice that her sipping the wine was mere pretense. She would have to give him something else to look at, which should not be too difficult.
"And I am not that tired anymore, the rest has done a lot to refresh me" she said, with a smile on her face.

Phyliss sqeaked a little of pleasure as Aaron caressed her back and started to stroke her snakes. Only a few men did that before. Her snakes were warm, not cold as many people believed, and the were not slippery at all. They felt more like a squirming human limb covered in snakeleather.

"Gladly, Canut stepped beside him. So, they where up there after all. "Just lead the way."

"Just follow me. They are in this building." The guard closed the gate behind Canut and lead the way to a smaller stone building. Four other guards accompanied their leader and the kobald.

"Certainly sirs," he went along, eyes darting nerviously out of habit. "Um, are you sure that they're down here? I'd expect them to be, I don't know, up in the larger buildings."
