Its the ultimate (ewww don't say that you are a vegemite person) or otherwise a blue steak will usually do me quite nicely with sour cream or garlic butter.

I don't like either to be honest. I'm a -mite free person.

Blue Steak sounds perfect, I wouldn't mind if it was still moo-ing.

It would after be a home cooked roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings like at Christmas. That would be roast chicken, Yorkshire's, roast potatoes, mashed potato, onion rings, broccoli, carrots, peas, stuffing and sausages wrapped in bacon soaked in a delicious gravy, piled high on the plate.

That or lasagne.

It's just plain wrong. You ruin the perfect steak if you even do it medium. Rib-eye is different though, you need to let the fat melt as it runs through it.

I love cooking far too much.

Umm...no.

I know what goes into livestock while they're still on the hoof....that stuff needs to be COOKED.
