My choice would be:

A platter of fried shrimp.
Biscuits and gravy.
Green beans.
A soft boiled egg.
2 liter bottle of Dr. Pepper, ice cold.

i have posed this same question to some friends. my first choice was a thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings, then thought "what the hell am i thankful for?". so i changed it to a clam bake. dozen clams, 1/4 chicken, ear of corn, coleslaw, clam chowder, roll & butter, and an ice cold beer.

A beef roast dinner with mash amd roast potatoes, carrots, green beans, an extra helping of yorkshire puddings and thick gravy. For dessert i would have a Chocolate fudge brownie Sundae (Ice cream sundae with brownie and fudge pieces topped off with chocolate sauce) and a large cup of tea after

1 dozen medium sized oysters on the half shell with fresh shaved horseradish, lemon and cocktail sauce.
2 dozen steamer clams in garlic wine broth with a fresh loaf of crusty bread.
1 Anchor Steam beer.
1 16 oz bone in ribeye steak seasoned with fresh sea salt and cracked pepper grilled to just medium rare.
1 baked potato with butter, sour cream and fresh ground salt and pepper.
Fresh baby asparagus char grilled and seasoned with sugar, fresh ground salt and pepper with an olive oil base
1 bottle of V. Sattui Pilgrim Vinyard Zinfandel
Creme Brule to finish...

a shamrock shake and a mcrib. both of them are limited time and I've never seen them together. Have you? (course I really wouldn't eat either of those)

12 oz filet migon wrapped in bacon medium well with mac and cheese (HOMEMADE not that kraft shit) and mashed potatoes plus a cheesecake with strawberry topping and this yummy brownie thing I make also strawberry with vanilla ice cream.
