Dear AD

May I worship you from afar?

Dear Wannabe,

I am not worthy of such endowment. Save it for another.
Plus, I don't bite.
Why not come over here and let's have tea or probably share a pot?;)

Signed,

Dear 2-winged creature in neverland,

You are not lost. You are kept in a safe room which key you'll never find.
It was such an honor to play with you.
I have to wake up now to save myself from the fatal euphoric feeling.

That was a good one.

Signed,

Dreaming of you tonight Litster

Dear Lady of the Flowers,

Can I take your hand and run together to plant ourselves in the petals. Whilst I ravage your body and find all of your secret, hidden desires ...

Dear Milord,

Can I get lost with you in the wilderness?
One night of shutting down and rebooting to find myself in another realm is maybe what I need.

I promise to bring salt scrub and 👙with me. 😉

Dear Pained,
Come join me in the wonders of Nature. Where we can escape the bonds this world places on us and exchange them only for the bonds we choose to put on each other as we play. Thank you for the added accessories you are bringing.

Dearest Voicemailers and Inboxers,

I’m sorry. I have to confess.

I confess that I shut down communication when I’m not okay. To write/mutter a word, I fear I’ll come completely undone. So I remain silent. And it’s an anguish, but it’s all I can do.

I confess now is one of those times. I’m sorry I come across as rude by not replying. I’m sorry I’ve hurt some of you with my silence. I’m sorry. Truly.

I confess that even reaching out right now is too much. Please don’t give up on me? I read every message like an embrace. And I’m grateful.

- L

Lucy Dear,

Withdrawal and silence are legit coping mechanisms.

It's okay to need a break. It's okay to not be okay.

Don't worry about the others, they're all big boys and girls and can take care of themselves just fine til you are ready to come back. In your own timing.

Take care of yourself first. Invest in yourself. Nurture yourself. Don't feel guilty, and don't apologize. Think of it this way: you're setting a good example for anyone who might need to do the same someday. :)

Now take a deep breath, and know that you're right to be resting. And here's another hug ~~> ((Lucy)):rose::rose::rose:

Dear Loop-ita,

Have you ever seen "Tombstone"?

One of the guys says that in the movie.

Daddy and I are both reading The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and Huckleberry Finn is his friend. I love that name. Finn. I need a stuffie named Finn.

Signed,
Probably more than you wanted to know :D

Dear Thawing Nicely,

Noticed the heat? Ummm... I think it was 125° the other day when I started my car, but it cooled to 105° once I turned the AC on.

I can send some your way.

Everyone here is complaining about the heat, despite the fact it’s the best summer Britain has had in ages. Had a couple of weeks like this two years ago but this has gone on for two months. It’s funny, since most of those complaining pay good money to visit the Mediterranean where the temperatures are exactly this hot. I suppose it’s having to work in this heat and the lack of a pool and beach bar :D

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huckleberry

Just scan down to the last paragraph at the bottom of the article. But in essence it was a late 19th century slang for you were the right person for the task at hand.

https://www.enotes.com/homework-help/how-did-name-huckleberry-finn-come-samuel-clemens-1897

Denotes the origins of the characters name of Huckleberry Finn...take it with a grain of salt but who knows. It was a different era that should still be studied to better understand the past rather than rewritten for political correctness.

And yes DL I am a history buff...

I've seen it, years ago. I saw Wyatt Earp in the theater. With a tiny nurseling in tow! Remember they were out around the same time? Weird.

Finn is a good name. When I was about... er, younger... I read a book called Mister God, This Is Me, Anna. I'm sure I had no business reading it at that age, but anyway the narrator's name is Finn and I've always liked it.

One of the birds in Jonathan Livingston Seagull is named Fletcher. I like that, too. Finn and Fletcher - good twin names!

I would like to have a Daddy I can read with... someday.
