Dear Diary,

Still missing her, but I've been busy (Christmas shopping!), so it hasn't been as bad today as it is some days. The roommate has left to go back to his girlfriend's apartment for the night, so I have the place to myself again. (Can I say how jealous I am that they're staying together all of Christmas break?). Not sure exactly what I want to do tonight....might end up going to bed soon, might end up on Lit all night.

Or who knows...maybe something more interesting in real life will happen....

Today I got a promotion. And the afternoon off! I had a great conversation with someone I think could be quite special indeed this morning. My best friend is popping round to rifle my wardrobe for her weekend away. Life is good Thank you!!
