Dead stories?

Hello there!

I don't recall where, but on a relatively recent message, I recall someone asking us to report dead stories...

I think I found two of 'em (haven't been updated since Chyoo 2.0 and the editor doesn't answer my e-mails...). So, how do I report them as dead? Just use the "report thread" function and mention it seems to be dead? If so, is there any chance the Chyoo peeps will transfer ownership to me? Since I wanted to add to these two stories, I'd rather have them stay online...

Good Idea

That is a great idea, it seems to me that if a story has not been updated and the editor is not answering e-mail it ought to be Ok to give someone who is iterested the right to finish the story.

I have half a dozen like that where I have added to a great story and never heard anything back from the editor. I would love to have the ability to take on some of these stories and develop them fully.

I wrote a thread for a story called College Adventures recently and my thread has been sitting for a few weeks. I think the story might be dead.
