Anna was still married to the old guy when he died (I think) Son from prior marriage did everything he could to make sure Anna got nothing. Anna Nicole filed for bankruptcy (Federal) The bankruptcy court found the old man had set up a trust for her, value 400 million. The son went to the texas proabate court (state) State said Anna got nothing. Anna sued in Fedral court on the theory that the state court was bound by the bankruptcy court and, at the very least, could not overrule the ruling of the bankruptcy court. The Federal court, after finding son lied like a rug and forged documents, found there was a valid trust worth 40 million. Son appealed to circuit court (federal) which ruled that the feds had no business in this issue. Anna appealed to the supremes which is where we are today.

Probably because the User CP only shows subscribed threads with new posts in them. Try using your Subscriptions Page, it's much more practical

I did. Looked at all subscribed threads and it was not there. I had to go to your thread, go to bear's last post, click over to bear's thread and resubscribe!
