So general idea: daughter’s friend starts flirting with her dad. Dad is uncomfortable and tries to turn her down but she’s very persistent
The point of this thread is to come up with ways of twisting the premise.
For example:
1. Dad tries to dissuade her by pointing out he’s married, she’s still in high school, he’s more into mature women…so friend lays off for a year but when she’s graduated she’s suddenly dressing and acting and dressing more maturely and is now also best friends with his wife, who seems open to the idea of an open relationship.
Ultimately Dad is asked if he ever just told her “no” and he realizes he didn’t and tells her flat out he will never be interested and she goes “oh why didn’t you say so?” Though of course that’s only after things have hit an insane degree (dad says “oh, keeping two women would be very stressful and costly, and suddenly friend rolls up in a new car and a winning lotto ticket, telling him she owns his company and his new position is to just do whatever he wants).
2. Daughter’s friend from college is in town and bumps into Dad. He’s happy to talk to her and hear how his daughter is doing. Friend is very gorgeous and manages to at least get Dad to make out with her, if not into bed with her. Dad of course tries to break things off but friend is insistent. Needing backup, Dad calls daughter who is confused: her friend is on campus with her. She even takes a pic of her and she looks nothing like the girl who is stalking her dad.
…and then dad hears the lock on his front door open. Turns out “friend” is someone who has been stalking dad for awhile and has been spying on him and his daughter to find an in.
3. A comedy idea: everytime dad tries to call out friend’s behavior, everyone rationalizes it. She wears a ridculously skimpy bathing suit? The moment dad points it out, his wife and daughter come out wearing the same thing and daughter is worried he’s looking at her the same way As her friend. She’s naked in his bed? She got soaked in the rain and wife put her in their bed to warm up while she washed her clothes. She sends him nudes? Daughter explains that was an accident, friend has been worried about a skin condition and meant to send pics to her since she’s wanting to be a doctor. Dad of course starts going mad and everyone doesn’t get why he’s acting that way.
Could be Dad decides to try and sleep with her only for her to reject him: as insane as it all seemed, she really never was trying to seduce him. Could be she’s an impish supernatural creature and just wanted to mess with the guy or maybe dad used to have a habit of seducing barley 18 girls and he’s now getting some comeuppance via a supernatural curse.
4. More mundane: dad once got drunk and hit on daughters friend, who recorded the whole thing. She blackmails him but doesn’t want money. Instead she teases him relentlessly, pushing his buttons right in front of his daughter or wife and daughter. Maybe she never intends to to even sleep with him: she just likes having that power over an older man.
