I was a little hesitant because I knew who he was because he comes into my work all the time and a lot of people at my work are friends with him. I told him I was 21 and I wasn't sure about the age difference but then I just thought, "Fuck it, he's pretty cute." and I went ahead and gave him my number and had him give me his. I just wanted to get people's opinion on this. It just bothers me a little bit because a 16-year old lesbian girl at my work, her mom got her 18-year old girlfriend arrested. I'm planning on talking to his mom and see how she feels about us dating.

Yeah...at 16 you can have sex with whomever you like. You're legal.

There is some slight difference in State laws in Australia concerning gay sex. I think it's 18 for sodomy or if you're 16, he can't be older than 18??....I just know as far as gay sex goes, they are trying to protect 16yo boys from being prayed on by 60yo men.

Our drinking age is 18yo here too...so I do see WAY older men with 18yo guys in clubs...but who is using who? who is being prayed on? Who's to say there's anything bad going on? I know a lot of younger guys who like older men...I mean a LOT older.

here is how it works almosy every where in the USA


age of consent is 18. once you turn 18 you can fuck and suck anyone older than you. other than that they need to be within 2 years of your age. a 16 year old can fuck a 18 year old but not a 19 year old.
