I’ve made and gifted vouchers, made of pretty jewel coloured thick paper and written with a gold pen in my best handwriting.
It was a mix of sexual and non-sexual things and very much tailored to his specific likes and wants (and possibly some things I hoped he’d want ).

I stayed away from things that related to a specific outcome (like ”make me squirt” in your example) and tried to stick with things that would be actionable.

That’s a really good point that aiming at a specific outcome might lead to disappointment.

I've seen something similar used at a swinger party. Each person got two blank tokens (poker chips) and each could write one thing they wanted to do and one thing they wanted done to them. Then everyone put them in a bowl and drew them out, then paired off and carried them out. It was a lot of fun.

I think that approach would be best - blank tokens - then personalized.

Oh some good ideas here. I once made a board game with three sets of cards.
