Anybody have a dash cam, and have use the footage in an insurance claim? I am thinking about getting one. Some idiot cut a left turn way to sharp, if I hadn't come to a complete stop we would have collided. He is as totally out of his lane. But it got me thinking.

I the last three days I have had to come to a complete stop four times to avoid people completely out of there lane and in mine. Plus in the last six months i was forced into the shoulder due to people either passing others in to short of an opening, or in curves and corners, several times.
