Mariska watched as the drugs started to take hold on Elysia’s nervous system, they would start by shutting down all sensation in nerve endings and finish by seizing upon her muscles bit by bit. Elysia already found it difficult to speak but she managed some of the softest words that Mariska might have missed had it not been for her vampiric hearing.
“Wha…what were those tablets for?”
Mariska turned from where she was setting up a table filled with instruments and she pulled a cosmetic mirror from next to Elysia’s shoulder, extending the arm from the wall as she smiled in a comforting manner that held underlying trepidation.
“To help you relax dear. Obviously if you were having trouble a moment ago simply seeing me then you need something to help you…keep your eyes open. Those will do…for now.” Mariska moved the mirror in front of Elysia’s face and angled it so the girl would have a complete view of her own face, “See? You’re completely fine dear.”
Mariska turned and carefully laid the last few instruments on the bedside table, out of Elysia’s peripheral vision but for a bit of silver, she spoke as she did her set up, “You know, cosmetic surgery is working wonders for women these days. You can make your tits bigger, smaller…fucking rectangles if you wanted. Nose jobs, eye lifts, fatter lips…truly amazing stuff. I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be a cosmetic surgeon you know? But then, the training simply takes too long…I think I’d be good at it, I’m really very talented.” Mariska spun around, scalpel in hand and a feral smile on her lips.
“Wanna see?” She giggled manically and leaned forward, her free hand cupping Elysia’s chin as her thumb brushed the woman’s cheek. Mariska did this for a moment before her eyes lit up like two mean Tigers eyes.
“Numb?…” She murmured the rhetorical question and brought the scalpel forth, letting Elysia watch her reflection as the razor sharp blade made a cold indent along her cheek without ever cutting into her skin, “So soft…” Mariska muttered the quiet observation to no one in particular.
“Did you ever wonder what you’d look like with a wider smile? Bigger eyes? A smaller nose maybe?” Mariska leered but posed the questions very seriously, “I think we could fix it…cut the tip off…” The blade scraped the end of Elysia’s nose without marking her…yet.
“Now I warn you…I tend to get a little excited when we kick off…” She grinned in a predatory manner, “Just the blood…it really gets to me.” Mariska brought the blade to Elysia’s cheek, “I’m going to give you a really unforgettable face pretty girl. Beauty is pain, remember that. Every man will turn to stare at you in the street, unable to forget that face…” She giggled again as the scalpel turned menacingly and made a small neat slice down Elysia’s cheek, blood slowly spilling forth.
“Oh…” Mariska’s eyes darkened, her pupils dilated rapidly as the sweet scent of Elysia’s blood filled her nostrils, “So nice…”
She leaned down and licked a trail up Elysia’s cheek before she reached the metallic taste of blood, her tongue curled up and she took her time lapping at it before she drew back and used her fingertips to claim droplets from the corners of her mouth; popping each finger in and out of her mouth in a satisfactory manner.
“God…its been too long since I’ve had real blood…” She spoke to the ceiling before she dropped her eyes to Elysia, “You have no idea how disgusting cancer patients’ blood is.” She feigned a shudder, “Really, that disease just ruins it for everyone. But not yours…” The back of Mariska’s hand brushed against Elysia’s uninjured cheek, “No, yours is sweet and pure…and so fucking delicious…”
“So, what’s next?” Mariska asked her, smiling sweetly as she brandished the blade again.
