Let me just say that it's possible that someone, who may or may not be Welsh :rolleyes:, may very well have bought himself some plane tickets to an airport that quite possibly might be in the general vicinity of a certain southern state...

Okay, must vent for a while

What is the point of getting pissy with me, when I am doing what I can to help you, but am not involved in the department that you need to speak with and have no control over what you want taken care of? IS IT REALLY NECESSARY TO WALK ALL OVER ME? It certainly isn't going to make me want to go out of my way to help you. If I have to deal with one more bitchy person today I might have to scream. I KNEW I shouldn't have gotten out of bed today....:mad:
