How much does it take to cause permanent damage to one's genitals? I am asking because recently I ended up with a piece of jagged metal jabbed into my right testicle and blood running down my legs. I was wondering if there is a chance of permanent overall damage.

Hmmm lets see.... blood means broken skin, broken skin means scarring at a minimum, it also means that whomever you've been playing with is too rough and should be told to get lost.

.I was not doing this during any sexual situation. I said partly intentional I did not mean to do that much damage to myself. This was done during a fit of depression(yes I am already talking to someone about my self mutilation). I guess this is what you would call a relaspe.

Attention junkie? All the people I have known that went through that phase of their life... dont talk about it. It is a very private and personal thing that they undergo themselves. Cant picture them drawing the extra attention to themselves to say "Hey, do you think this might cause damage?"

Well let's put it this way. If ya don't seek a Dr. (I know, I can't stand em either) ya could lose a nut! I almost lost a hand 2 years ago from a Chow dog bite. First off, I thought hey, I'm drunk, it don't hurt that bad, Neosporin! A gf talked me into goin' to the emergency room after it swelled up twice it's size and kept bleeding. After 5 days and pills, it was still red! Found out if I didn't go into the hospital and get iv pumped with anti-b's, I could lose mah hand! Man those Vicadin's were good !!!

In high school, my little bro got in a fight his freshman year with a senior. The guy punched my brother in the gut, he went to his knees. He looked up and saw gym shorts... So little bro proceeded to grab the guys balls in one hand and punch them with his other. At the time, he was the only freshman starting on the Varsity football team, Lineman type no less, 5'4" 200 pounds with 4% body fat. Yeah anyway, he said he felt the guys balls explode like grapes on the third him, which also knocked the guy out. Have you ever noticed that even in the movies, when we see a guy get hit in the balls, EVERY GUY from age 5 on up to 84 cringes and pulls his legs in? (Note that prior to age 5, they don't know what they are, and after age 84, they forget where they are!)

As I have ALREADY said I have seen a doctor about this more than once(by the way turns out there is no permanent damage) Yes my aim was the accident, I have admitted that. My question was not meant to be obvious I was looking for anyone that my had been through something similar to give me some ideas. Have you ever heard the phrase "If can't something nice, then don't say anything at all"? Well at this point I would settle for replacing the word "nice" with constructive. Although I usually settle for that .
