Hard to choose today!

Attracted to choose wine and dine, or concert, but went for hike and picnic.

Some of my most special experiences over the years with my wife, and also in youth with some other girls, has been day-time, outdoors, "gay abandon" [what a beautiful word in its old meaning]. I remember one summer swimming with a lovely girl to the end of a long pier on the Isle of Wight - we must have been in 15 metres depth of water in the open English Channel by the size of the cruisers which berthed there. There's a certain bond develops, with any friend and certainly with a gal you're dating, if you do something adventurous together.

For me come to think of it, that's been a key test of whether the attraction is going anywhere! If you're not adventurous I'm not gonna kiss you!
