Having invited TheSilverLining to join me at a really classy cafe-bar on the Newcastle quayside, I was disappointed by her declining. There was a hint that she may have assumed me to be of of those guys you see swaying in the gutter on a Friday night, so I assured her that I have some culture about myself. That's been about it.
