Happy Wednesday to everyone who wants to see DA Fani Willis get the speedy trial she requested on OUR behalf and prosecute all 19 co-defendants at the same time IN OCTOBER.

After all, if you're innocent, you want your story told as quickly as possible, right?

The right to a speedy trial is a right afforded to a defendant, not the prosecution. Dummy.

The "right to a speedy trial" is afforded to both sides. For the defendant, it is a right so that an unproven charge doesn't impact that person(s), longer than is necessary. It is also for the prosecution, so that justice may be served in a timely manor on behalf of the victim(s).

Sixth Amendment

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.

No charge for the civics lesson. Dummy.

What civics lesson? What the sixth amendment was written for, and what it delivers are two sided, or are you not educated enough to see it?

"Based on the principle that justice delayed is justice denied"

Justice for who? The defendant, or the victim?

See how that works>?

so since this is still ongoing, an update on the attempts to kick D.A Fani Willis off the RICO case:

Four of the co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case—Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, Cathy Latham and Michael Roman—revealed in Monday court filings that they are filing their own appeals in the rejected bid to remove Willis.
They now join Trump, former Georgia GOP Chairman David Shafer and seven other defendants in their bid to challenge Judge Scott McAfee's March ruling.
Although McAfee chose not to disqualify Willis, he granted a request from the co-defendants to have his ruling reconsidered by the Georgia Court of Appeals. Last week, the appeals court agreed to hear the defense's case. A court date has not yet been announced.
